There is no more convenient community in western Pennsylvania today than Ehrman Farms, located in Cranberry Twp.  The centerpiece of Ehrman Farms is our expansive park centered in the heart of our community. Included in the park is a sports field and playground area, where children can run and play while parents can relax on our park benches or enjoy lunch in the pavilion.  A brand new play structure was installed in 2022.  Among the beautiful landscaping and rolling hills, our residents enjoy the many pleasures that Ehrman Farms has to offer; from coordinated social events to children sled riding in our beautiful park.

 

Ehrman Farms also affords you the convenience of being centrally located to all the comforts that Cranberry Township has to offer.  There are numerous township parks available, a water park, and a series of shopping malls and plazas frequented daily.

 

The Seneca Valley School District offers a comprehensive, up-to-date curriculum, being the recipient of many awards and recognitions. Children attend either the brand new award winning Ehrman Crest Elementary/Middle School (Opened for the 22-23 school year less than a mile from Ehrman Farms), Ryan Gloyer Middle School, Seneca Valley Intermediate or Senior High Schools. Private and parochial schools are located in neighboring communities and eligible students may attend Butler County Area Vocational Technical School. Ehrman Farms' children receive a top-notch education in modern facilities located a short drive from the neighborhood entrance.
